Registration Process

 

Event date: 8/30/2013 (Friday) – 9/2/2013 (Monday) (4 days/ 3 nights)

4-Step Registration Process:

1. Complete Registration Form
2. Make a check/ money order payable to “GELS”
   Cost: $75 per person / 4 people per room / 2 queen-sized beds
   $135 per person / 2 people per room / 2 queen-sized beds
3. Photocopy your current student ID or driver’s license (if graduated)
4. Mail all 3 items (registration form, check, copy of ID) to the following address:

After your application has been processed, an email will be sent to you. Upon receipt of your completed registration, a counselor will contact you with further details.

Note: All refunds will be processed 30 days after the US Life Camp provided that the cancellation is received in writing prior to August 3, 2012 .   For participants’ protection, alcohol consumption or any drug usage is strictly prohibited during the event.
